A collection of thoughtful actions by engaged individuals can reap significant improvements. To that end, Panerai encourages its employees to contribute to their communities by sponsoring their “volunteering” projects.
DO IT TOGETHER
Centered on the “People” pillar, “Do It Together” is the Panerai initiative that promotes employee participation in volunteer efforts.
It is an open call for employees to present a specific project from the associations they are part of, in order to get a one-time pledge to support it.
Launched in 2021, the first edition involved more than 300 employees between Italy and Switzerland celebrating 5 winning project chosen among all the ones presented.
The selected winning projects cover the fields of social inclusion, diversity, women empowerment, environment and solidarity.

IMIBALA
Since 2020, Panerai supports Imibala through the provision of a state of the art computer lab, as well as a set of 22 brand new tablets for educational purposes. Panerai has also developed a series of online master classes for Imibala's high school learners, focused on developing their general knowledge and life skills.
The Imibala Trust is a registered South African NPO that works with children of school-going age whose lives are affected by impoverished circumstances. Imibala provides a platform from which to offer programmes that make a substantial and measurable difference in the lives of children.
PLASTIC FREE DAYS
Considering Panerai’s role in ocean preservation, the brand organizes dedicated “Plastic collection Days” to fight the cause and contribute to a better world.
Employees all over the world are offered the opportunity to participate to pick up plastic close to rivers and the ocean, or simply in the city where they live.
